The bullying situation at some schools is out of hand. And this needs to change because student safety is a prerequisite for student learning. Students don’t learn in an environment where they don’t feel safe. Here I outline the 5 steps our team takes to address bullying. Bottom line: Unchecked bullying in schools erodes student culture and derails student learning. Our schools must eliminate it.
